Returns and Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

  • Final Sale, customized, or hygiene-sensitive items (such as jewelry, undergarments, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing or shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@fagiftus.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. Repack the item(s) securely, including the receipt.

  3. Complete and include the Return Pro-Forma Invoice Form (if applicable).

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable.
