Returns and Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Final Sale, customized, or hygiene-sensitive items (such as jewelry, undergarments, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before processing or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
How to Return an Item
Contact our Customer Service team at support@fagiftus.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
Repack the item(s) securely, including the receipt.
Complete and include the Return Pro-Forma Invoice Form (if applicable).
Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable.
